"Down this Road I Walk" is a movie about family influence in most African marriages. Catherine, a student, has dreams of marrying her high school boyfriend, Fred, but her father marries her off to a rich man. The film look at how young adults make their own decisions....

It also highlights issues of girl child education and how a young girl is forced out of school by her parents driven greed and exploitation. However, we learn that some dreams can never be shattered.
